Delivery

Delivery time
Orders are shipped from our premises in Athens within 30 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. Orders for Mainland Greece above 250 are free.

Delivery areas
We deliver to Greece and the European Union.

For shipping outside the European zone, please contact us for a quote.

Returns & exchanges

Withdrawal period
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return an item to us.

Return conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with their tags.

Please note, no exchanges or returns can be made for hair accessories.

Custom orders 
No returns or exchanges are possible on a custom order.

Return Procedure
To make a return, contact us at atelieragapi@gmail.com with your order number.

Return Fees
Return fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or a defective item.

Refund
The refund will be processed within 30 days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
